Delivery Costs

UK Mainland
Standard UK Delivery is free for all orders over £150.00 inc VAT. We make a small charge of £10 inc VAT for orders under £150.00. We also offer an Enhanced Scheduled Delivery option on all orders enabling you to specify a delivery day (and a delivery time slot on smaller items such as taps).

Non-Mainland UK
For non-mainland UK locations, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, please contact us for a quote on 01603 558277 or info@just-perrin.co.uk.

International Orders
For deliveries to addresses outside the UK, please contact the Just-Perrin UK Customer Service Team on 01603 558277 or info@just-perrin.co.uk for a delivery quote.

Taps, Showers & Accessories

The day before your delivery is due you will receive a text message (or an email if a mobile number is not provided) from our courier to notify you that the delivery will arrive the following day. On the day of delivery you will receive a message providing an hour's slot for which the delivery is scheduled. Both text messages also allow you to contact the courier to change the day and time of the delivery if the arrangements are not convenient. (Weekdays only).

Sanitary Ware (Toilets, Sinks, Baths)

As these items are more bulky and you may need to plan for the delivery, our courier will contact you in advance by phone once the items are at the local courier depot and agree a delivery date with you before any delivery is attempted. Delivery time will typically be dependent on the products and finishes ordered.

Orders that have a combination of sanitary ware and tapware on them, can be delivered as a single delivery using the Sanitary Ware Delivery Procedure.

Is a Saturday delivery possible?

Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Deliveries on a Saturday are possible by special arrangement, please contact us when placing your order. Not all areas of the UK are covered by a Saturday delivery service, please check with us in advance.

Emergency Delivery Service

If you require your goods more urgently please contact us in the UK on 01603 558277 (Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm).

We will respond within 1 hour with the options (and costs) to deliver your order more quickly. In some cases this can be same day or next day and include a weekend delivery.

Special Delivery Arrangements (e.g. Restricted Access)

Larger items including showers and sanitaryware will be delivered using our pallet network partner. This delivery will take place on a lorry with a tail lift. If you live in an area where delivery by lorry is not possible due to access restrictions please can you advise us of this at the time of ordering by e-mail. We will try to accommodate access restrictions using our delivery network, but it may be necessary to make additional charges for delivery if we have to cross ship items to smaller vehicles locally to access your property.

Our standard delivery service is for kerbside delivery only. If you live in a block of flats, or have specific delivery requirements beyond the standard service, please contact the Just-Perrin UK Customer Service Team on 01603 558277 or info@just-perrin.co.uk . We will be pleased to discuss how we may be able to assist with your specific delivery requirements.

How quickly will my order arrive? Will a notification of the delivery be received in advance?

The lead time on some products will depend on the finishes selected, as shown below. We will also be pleased to provide specific lead times for the products you may be interested in.

On occasions some items in some finishes may not be in stock and may need to be made to order. The typical lead-time in this instance is 4 to 6 weeks.

Receiving your Product(s)

All goods will be delivered at ground floor level only and will require level access. Please open your goods carefully as the packaging will need to be in good order should you wish to return them.
