The Perrin and Rowe 3774 Georgian Single 3/4" wall valve can be supplied as separate rough (3240R) and trim set (3774TXX) if required. Rough parts for the Georgian 3774 are usually available as stocked products. This means for special finishes first fix items (roughs) can be supplied more quickly with trim sets to follow as they are made to order.
