Description
The 1712 Perrin & Rowe Phoenix 3-in-1 Instant Hot Water Kitchen Mixer Tap With C-Spout and Rinse is available in Chrome, Nickel, Pewter and a range of special finishes including Gold, Bronze and Brass finishes.
Please note that this instant hot water tap dispenses water at temperatures close to 100°C. Consequently, care should be taken at all times when it is in operation.
This product features a Perrin & Rowe Hand Rinse. Easy to use and versatile, the rinses can be positioned to the left or the right of the sink. They have insulated handles and a flexible hose (standard length 120cm) ensuring safety and convenience. Hot, cold or mixed water is diverted to the rinse once the top button is pressed.

- A pressure reducing valve must be fitted if inlet pressure is in excess of 5 bar.
